Steps
Step 1. Fasten the weight belt securely, stand on the platform with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width, and lightly hold the handles.
Step 2. Keep your chest up, hinge at hips and bend knees to squat down until thighs are parallel to the floor or lower.
Step 3. Drive through your feet, using your quads and glutes to push your body back to the starting position.
