Different muscles recover at different rates — so we built a widget
Arms can often be ready in about a day; legs may need closer to three. A home-screen widget paints each region so you can see what to train today.
Widget: red → orange-yellow → pale yellow
It reads your recent logs and maps recovery on the home screen. Red right after training, orange-yellow while easing off, pale yellow when you’re ready again — check without opening the app.

Rough recovery windows by region
These are the app’s reference ranges for “mostly ready to train again.” Intensity, sleep, nutrition, and age all move the needle — not medical advice.

| Region | About |
|---|---|
| Arms(shortest) | 24–28 hours |
| Core(shortest) | 24–28 hours |
| Chest | 48–56 hours |
| Shoulders | 48–56 hours |
| Glutes | 54–62 hours |
| Back | 60–68 hours |
| Legs(longest) | 72–80 hours |
Why recovery times differ
Larger muscle groups usually take longer; smaller ones rebound faster. Delibra uses per-region reference windows to reduce accidental back-to-back hammering of the same area — your body still has the final say.
Important
Times are experience-based references and vary by person. Not medical, rehab, or training prescriptions. Stop and seek professional help if you feel pain or unusual symptoms.
