Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and data security

Last updated: 2026-06-15

1. Information we collect

We may collect account identifiers (such as Sign in with Apple information), training records you create in the app, device/app diagnostics, and support messages you send us.

If you use the app without a Pro subscription, our advertising partner may collect device and advertising-related data as described in sections 4 and 5.

We only collect data that is needed to provide core features, improve reliability, respond to support requests, and—where applicable—support the free app experience.

2. How we use your information

To provide core app features such as workout logging, plan management, and progress analytics.

To sync your data across devices after authentication.

To troubleshoot service issues and improve app performance and stability.

[Scope of Service] Steel AI provides insights regarding training techniques and recovery guidance based on user plans. The content specifically excludes medical advice, diagnoses, or customized dietary programs.

3. Data storage and security

Your data is transmitted and stored using industry-standard security practices.

We continuously improve access controls and security policies to reduce unauthorized access risks.

4. Third-party services

Some functions rely on third-party platforms, including:

• Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store distribution)

• Google Firebase (analytics)

• Google AdMob (advertising in the free, non-Pro experience)

• Umeng (analytics)

• Sentry (error monitoring)

• RevenueCat (subscription management)

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. AdMob may use device identifiers and advertising interaction data to deliver and measure ads.

5. Advertising and tracking

Users without an active Pro subscription may see ads delivered by Google AdMob, such as full-screen or rewarded video ads in supported features.

Pro subscribers do not see in-app advertising from us or AdMob.

The app may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) to use the advertising identifier for more relevant ads. If you decline, you may still see non-personalized ads where ads are shown.

You can change tracking permission anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data, subject to legal and operational requirements.

For any data request, contact us at toyangqing@gmail.com.

7. Policy updates

We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
