Steps
Step 1. Stand or sit perpendicular to the machine, grasp the handle with one hand, and keep your feet shoulder-width apart for stability.
Step 2. Pull the handle down toward your body while keeping your arm close to your side, using your back muscles rather than your biceps.
Step 3. Once your hand is level with your chest, slowly return the handle to the starting position with control, avoiding the weight stack from touching down.
Step 4. Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch to the other arm and perform the same number of reps.
