Steps

Step 1. Load plates onto both horns and secure them.

Step 2. Adjust the seat so the handles sit about shoulder height; sit with your back against the pad, feet flat, then grip the handles and brace your core.

Step 3. Exhale and press the handles overhead until your arms are nearly straight without locking the elbows.

Step 4. Pause briefly at the top without shrugging, then inhale and lower under control to the shoulders before repeating.
