Training Record Tracking
Log exercises, sets, weight, and reps for every workout. Keep a complete history for review and progress analysis.
What is training record tracking?
Record tracking lets you log weight, reps, and optional notes for each set during a workout. Data is saved by date and plan so you can review history, compare with previous sessions, and use it for stats and charts.
How to use
- Log during a workout: Load a plan or add exercises freely; for each exercise, enter weight and reps set by set. Smart fill uses last time’s numbers to speed data entry.
- View history: Workouts are saved by date and plan. Open any session to see full data or compare the same exercise across dates.
Why log your workouts?
- • Complete data: Every session is documented for review and planning.
- • Progress at a glance: Logs feed into stats and charts so you see trends in weight and volume.
- • Tied to plans: When you follow a plan, logs are linked to that plan and date for a clear structure.
