Risk Prediction Analysis
Assess imbalance risk from your training data, spot weak links early, and adjust your plan with confidence.
What is risk prediction analysis?
Risk prediction analysis uses your workout history (e.g. left vs right, push vs pull, upper vs lower volume and frequency) to estimate whether your body is developing evenly or if there’s imbalance risk. Results are for informational use only—they help you target weak areas, balance your training, and reduce injury risk.
How to use
- View the analysis: Open the risk or imbalance analysis section in the app to see risk cues and suggestions based on your history.
- Adjust your plan: Use the cues to rebalance (e.g. strengthen the weak side, balance push/pull); your data will reflect changes over time.

- • Spot it early: See left/right or push/pull imbalances before they become obvious.
- • Train smarter: Know what to prioritize so your programming is more balanced.
