What is training plan management?

Plan management lets you create and save multiple workout templates. Each template can have several days; each day can list exercises with suggested sets and reps. When you start a workout, pick the plan and day to load that day’s lineup and log sets, weight, and reps without re-selecting exercises each time.

How to use

  • Create a plan: Add a new plan, name it, add training days, and add exercises and sets to each day.
  • Load when training: In “Start workout”, choose the plan and day; the app loads that day’s exercises so you can log sets, weight, and reps in order.

Why use training plans?

  • Save time: No need to decide what to do each time—follow the plan.
  • Reusable: Use the same plan again for periodized or fixed routines.
  • Tied to logging: After loading a plan, you log directly against that plan and date.
