Drop Set Training

Log drop sets in-app: multiple sets per exercise with decreasing weight or reps, so you can push to failure and track every set.

What is drop set training?

A drop set is when you do a set to near failure, then reduce weight (or adjust reps) and continue with little or no rest for another set, and repeat. Delibra lets you add drop sets to any exercise—each set has its own weight and reps, so volume and progress stay accurate.

How to use

  • Add drop sets: In the workout, add “drop set” to an exercise; add as many sets as you want and enter weight and reps per set.
  • Log set by set: Complete each set and log the numbers; short rest between sets is fine. Data feeds into that exercise’s volume and trends.

Why use drop sets?

  • More metabolic stress and endurance: extend effective stimulus by continuing after failure with less weight.
  • Control intensity: choose weight and reps per set to match your phase and goals.
  • Full data: every set is logged and included in progress and charts.
